The flight crew licenses should be:

• Carried on board the aircraft

• In the personal possession of the flight crew at all times

• Held by the civil aviation authority of the state

Definition of Flight Time:

• The total time from the moment an aircraft first moves under its own power for the purpose of taking off until the moment it first comes to rest at the end of the flight

• The total time from the moment the engines are started up for the purpose of taking off until the moment when the engines are shut-off

• The total time from the moment the landing gear lift- off the ground during take-off until the moment when the landing gear touches the ground during landing
