قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ

قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ , مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ , إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ

In Surah Naas, the last ayah states that the Shayateen (Devils) can be "From amongst the jinn and mankind". Who are the human shayateen?
