Who is responsible for entering previous evaluation data?

• All evaluators

• Evaluators that are requesting testing

• Lead evaluator

• ARD facilitator / Case manager

Under which scenario can you do a REED thru?

• When parent/teachers have no concerns

• If the student was initially evaluated 3 years ago

• When the student has had 2 consecutive-cohesive REEDs

• If the student has made progress

When must the Open REED be archived by?

• Immediately after the meeting concludes

• Within 10 days after the meeting

• Once consent is received

• By end of the grading period

If student has 2 consecutive-cohesive Speech evaluations, but only 1 Speech-plus (e.g. SI/AU), can the Speech Pathologist do a REED thru?

• Yes

• No

Which is best practice if a student receiving services is suspected of having an additional disability by district staff (e.g. SI only suspected SLD)

• Loop in other evaluator(s) after consent is obtained

• Invite the other evaluator(s) to the REED where it may be discussed

• Request testing in that area in the REED meeting and bring it up in the following IRT meeting

• Complete a consultation form and let other evaluator know before the REED is held
