Magna Carta for Residential Electricity Consumers

the independent regulatory agency created under Republic Act No. 9136, otherwise known as the EPIRA of 2001

a written notice must have been served to the customer (a)   hours before such disconnection

the amount charged to the consumer for the unbilled electricity illegally consumed as determined through the use of methodologies prescribed by law.
