Japanese chefs and culinary students in Tokyo demonstrated their pastry skills by creating the world's longest cake roll, measuring 130 meters in length and 68 centimeters in width. The preparation required 54 kilos of flour, 43 kilos of sugar, and nearly 2,700 eggs. The cake was assembled in sections and finished with cream and strawberries. The Guinness World Records team confirmed the new record, which surpassed the previous one by 15 meters. The achievement was celebrated joyfully by the chefs, who now have a large cake to enjoy.
