VOICED : El “Chapo” Guzman vuelve a escapar de la carcel

Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán, leader of the Sinaloa cartel, escaped from a maximum-security prison through a 1,500-meter tunnel. This was his second escape in 14 years. Authorities launched operations around the prison and suspended flights at Toluca airport. El Chapo, once the most wanted criminal in Mexico and the U.S., was first captured in 1993. He escaped from a Jalisco prison in 2001. After being recaptured in 2014, the U.S. sought his extradition, but Mexico refused. His latest escape challenges the Mexican government's credibility.
