VOICED : ONU denuncia fuerza excesiva y torturas en Venezuela

The UN has condemned the widespread and systematic use of excessive force and torture during protests in Venezuela. Thousands have been arbitrarily detained, with many subjected to mistreatment and torture, including electric shocks and threats of violence. The UN holds security forces and pro-government militias responsible for the deaths of at least 73 protesters. Since April, protests have resulted in 125 deaths and over 5,000 arbitrary detentions.
