VOICED : Polonia reabrira proceso de extradicion a EEUU de Roman Polanski

The Polish Minister of Justice announced plans to reopen the extradition case of Roman Polanski to the US, where he is accused of a 1977 crime. A tribunal had previously rejected the extradition, but the minister intends to challenge this decision in the Supreme Court. Polanski, who lives in France, has not returned to the US since fleeing in 1978 after pleading guilty to unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. Despite an agreement with US authorities, he left the country fearing a harsh sentence.
