VOICED : Combatientes se preparan para entregar Raqa a los civiles

After four months of offensive, Arab and Kurdish forces, supported by the US, prepared to hand over Raqqa to civil authorities. The city was recently taken from ISIS. Efforts are underway to secure the city, clear mines, and ensure safety before transferring control to the Raqqa Civil Council. The city, largely uninhabitable, faces significant rebuilding challenges. The UN estimated 80% of Raqqa is uninhabitable. The liberation leaves ISIS with limited territory in Syria, mainly in Deir Ezzor, where Syrian Democratic Forces are deployed.
