50,000 Sinovac vaccines arrived in Uruguay to immunize South American football players, coaches, and referees for the Copa América and other Conmebol tournaments. Alejandro Domínguez, president of the South American Confederation, personally received the shipment in Montevideo. The commitment from the Colombian and Argentine governments ensures the tournament's success. The vaccination extends beyond players to the entire football community. Sinovac produced a special batch of vaccines for this purpose, enhancing the existing health protocols. The doses will be distributed immediately to various associations in preparation for the Copa América starting June 13 in Argentina and Colombia.
