VOICED : Llevan a pandilleros a carcel de maxima seguridad en El Salvador

In El Salvador, 48 gang members involved in the homicides of police and soldiers were transferred to the maximum-security prison in Zacatecoluca. This move was due to their involvement in ordering attacks from within prison. Among those transferred were 38 leaders of the Mara Salvatrucha MS-13 gang and 10 members of the Barrio 18 gang, including a pastor. Notably, Luis Alberto Castillo, a top 100 wanted gang leader, was also moved for his role in multiple murders.
