VOICED : Amnistia a Boko Haram a cambio de las 200 estudiantes raptadas

During a visit to France, Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari offered amnesty to Boko Haram prisoners if they return the 200 schoolgirls kidnapped from Chibok in 2014. The offer is contingent on the safe return of all the girls. Boko Haram militants had abducted 219 girls, with 57 managing to escape. Human rights organizations report that the kidnapped girls face violence, are sold as sex slaves, or used as human bombs.
