VOICED : Francia y Colombia estrechan relaciones bilaterales

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos visited France to strengthen bilateral relations. He and French President François Hollande signed agreements on education and agriculture and announced a strategic committee to enhance cooperation. They also planned cultural exchanges for 2017. Santos' visit included discussions on international issues like climate change. He was scheduled to honor victims of the Paris attacks and later attend a summit in Costa Rica.
