The Globe Project is an international research initiative that examines cultural, societal, organizational behavior, and leadership theories. It identifies nine cultural dimensions, such as performance orientation, uncertainty avoidance, and power distance, to understand cultural differences. These dimensions help in analyzing and applying cultural insights in various international research and theory testing contexts.
