When I was transferring to St. Ambrose, I had an opportunity to receive a music scholarship to play the oboe in their band. What I wasn't expecting to be asked to sing in front of that same panel to receive a vocal scholarship as well. Luckily, I was able to sing on key and received a small vocal scholarship along with my band one.

My foot grew a full shoe size after each pregnancy.
