加拉太人无知是因为他们既然以圣灵开始，如今竟要以肉身终结。 Galatians are foolish because they began by the Spirit, and now being perfected by the flesh.

律法是为过犯的缘故而加上去的，等候那蒙应许的子孙来到才结束，是藉着天使经中保之手而设立的。 The law was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise had been made, and it was put in place through angels by an intermediary.

律法是我们的启蒙教师，直到基督来了，好使我们因爱称义。 So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by love.

因为你们是逆子，上帝就差他儿子的灵进入我们的心，呼叫：“阿爸，父！” And because you are rebellious child, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!”

基督释放了我们，为使我们得自由。所以要站稳了，不要再被奴隶的轭挟制。 For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

保罗传割礼的信息受到犹太人的迫害。Paul was still being persecuted because he preach circumcision.

圣灵和肉体相争，这两个彼此敌对，使你们不能做所愿意做的。 The desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.

情欲的事都是显而易见的；就如淫乱、污秽、放荡、拜偶像、行邪术、仇恨、纷争、忌恨、愤怒、自私、分派、结党、 嫉妒、醉酒、荒宴等类。 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and others.

弟兄们，若有人偶然被过犯所胜，你们属灵的人就要用温柔的心把他挽回过来；自己也要留意，免得也被引诱。 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.

你们各人的重担要各人担当，这样就会成全基督的律法。 Bear your own burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 

那些想要炫耀外表的人才勉强你们受割礼，无非是怕自己为基督的十字架受迫害。 It is those who want to make a good showing in the flesh who would force you to be circumcised, and only in order that they may not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.

他们那些受割礼的，连自己也不守律法；他们要你们受割礼，不过是要拿你们的名誉夸口。 For even those who are circumcised do not themselves keep the law, but they desire to have you circumcised that they may boast in your name.

因为他从创世以前，在基督里拣选了我们，使我们在他面前成为圣洁，没有瑕疵，满有爱心。 Even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love

我们藉着这爱子的作为得蒙救赎，过犯得以赦免，这是照他丰富的恩典，充充足足地赏给我们的。 In him we have redemption through his deeds, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us.

在基督里你们听见真理的道，就是那使你们得救的福音，你们也信了他，就受了所应许的救恩为印记。 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised salvation.

这大能曾运行在基督身上，使他从死人中复活，又使他在天上坐在自己的右边，远超越一切执政的、掌权的、有权能的、统治的和一切有名号的。 He worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named.

因为承受产业若是出于律法，就不再是出于应许；但上帝是凭着应许把产业赐给______。 For if the inheritance comes by the law, it no longer comes by promise; but God gave it to ______ by a promise.

如果律法的颁布能使人得生命，______就诚然出于律法了。 For if a law had been given that could give life, then ______ would indeed be by the law.
