No school officials shall dismiss or recommend for dismissal a teacher or other subordinates except for cause

Every teacher shall use the teaching profession in a manner that makes it a dignified means for earning a decent living

A teacher is a facilitator of learning and of the development of the youth; he shall, therefore, render the best services by providing an environment conducive to such learning and growth
