عسى المديرُ أن يَأْتِيَ غَداً

عسى here is fi’l

 وَ عَسَىٰ أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ

And perhaps you dislike a thing and it is good for you. AlBaqarah: 216

عَسَىٰ over here is

Change عسى into Naqis

عسى أن تَكْرَهُوا شيءٌ

وَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكْرَهُوا۟ شَيْـًٔا وَ هُوَ خَيْرٌ

إِنَّا مِنَ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ مُنتَقِمُونَ

Indeed We, from the criminals, will take retribution.
