When your teacher tells you it is time to pack up what should you do?
Make sure you label your materials and put them away.
Put all your tools away in their correct spot.
Once cleared, use a dustpan and brush to dust off your work bench. Use a broom to sweep the workshop floor into the dust collector or a dustpan and into the bin.

What would be the fastest way to get out of class at the end of the lesson when the workshop is still unclean?
Look around and put away any tools and materials, regardless of who touched them last or used them
Dust off the work benches and sweep up the floor and make sure it is all clear
Ignore everyone else and play on your phone because you need other people to do everything for you in life
Stand around whinging hoping someone else will clean up for you because you don't take any responsibility
There is a school wide rule that you are not allowed to have your phone out in class for any reason, unless the teacher has specifically allowed you.

IF you do something unsafe, you will be sent to the RTC and will have to meet your teacher the following day for a re-entry to discuss the unsafe behaviour.

Failing to follow instructions. If you are unable to follow a basic instruction I cannot tell if you will listen when being directed to stop doing something unsafe.

Task demonstration for class and Workbook with task and instructions
Detailed class wide instruction for every step of the task with multiple demonstrations throughout the lesson
Task demonstrated to class then your own time to work on it individually
Theory lesson spent outlining in detail the tasks you will need to complete while you take notes in a workbook that you will use in your prac lessons
What would be something that you would want in return for your cooperation in keeping our classroom as a safe place? (B’Coin, music in the workshop, zooper doopers… etc.)
