Berikut beberapa contoh Gambar untuk mengungkapkan waktu

What time is it?

It is seven o'clock

It is fifteen past seven

Ini jam tujuh lewat limabelas

It is thirty past seven

Ini pukul tujuh lewat tigapuluh

It is fifteen to eight

Ini jam delapan kurang limabelas

It is eight o'clock

Ini pukul delapan tepat

It is five past eight

Ini pukul delapan lewat lima

Penggunaan AM dan PM

Kita menggunakan AM untuk pagi dini hari sampai siang yaitu dari pukul 00.00 sampai dengan 11.59 tengah hari.

Sedangkan PM untuk siang sampai larut malam yaitu dari pukul 12.00 sampai pukul 00.00

Contoh:

Perhatikan contoh penggunaan AM dan PM

We always have breakfast at 7 AM (sarapan tentu pagi)

We have dinner together at 7 PM(makan malam)
