To say yes, you simply put sí at the beginning of the sentence.
To say no, you put no TWICE. No, no me gusta nadar.

But why are there two no's?
In English, we say "no, I don't like".
So the second no in Spanish is like saying "don't".
No, I don't like to sing. --> No, no me gusta cantar.
