In Spanish, definite articles are used MUCH more frequently than in English.

Making PLURALS

To make plural simply ADD...

.....S to words that end in a vowel

....ES to words that end in a consonant


EXAMPLES:

profesora --> profesoras

papel--> papeles

Remember...in Spanish articles & adjectives ALWAYS agree with nouns in both

GENDER & NUMBER!

But, to make a plural, DON'T change the GENDER...just change the NUMBER.
