USE OF COMPARATIVES

  • Cuando queremos comparar dos cosas.

  • "Mas ....que", "Menos .... que"

  • Adjetivo corto (menos de dos silabas): -er+ than

  • Adjetivo largo (dos silabas o mas) : more + adjetivo

Acabado en “e” muda. Sólo se añade “r”.

  • Adjetivo corto (una silaba): the + adjet+-est

  • Adjetivo largo ( 2 silabas o mas) : the most +adjetivo.
