What affects your health?

• Both Internal (personal) and external (outside) factors affect your health.

• You have control over many of these factors, but you can't control them all.

• The factors that affect your health are Heredity, Environment, Cultural background, and Family Traditions.

• Each of these can have a positive or negative influence on health.
