(Quiero + infinitive)

Saying what someone wants to do. With a little review of "I have to" and "I am going to".

I have to = Tengo que + infinitive

• Forms of tener: yo tengo, tú tienes, Ud./él/ella tiene, nosotros tenemos, Uds./ellos/ellas tienen

• The infinitive is the form of a verb that ends in -ar, -er, or -ir: hablar, comer, escribir

• The pattern is: a form of tener + que + infinitive

• Example: She has to study = Tiene que estudiar.
