  • There is increased customer loyalty – this means that customers will keep on buying that brand, increasing sales for the firm.

  • You can charge a higher price – this is because customers are more willing to pay more for the product as it has been marketed as premium/quality product.

  • However, there are high marketing costs – this is because to ensure customers are aware the brand exists they have to pay for things like advertising campaigns which can be expensive.
