Today we will learn how to express things that we want to do or would like to do.

Let's review some things we already know...
To have to = Tener que + infinitive
Used to express what you or someone has to do.
Form by:
Tener (conjugated) + que + verb in the infinitive (a verb that ends in -ar, -er, -ir)
Ejemplo: I have to study. = Tengo que estudiar.

To be going to... = Ir a + infinitive
Used to express what you or someone is going to do.
Forms of ir = yo voy, tú vas, ud/él/ella va, nosotros vamos, vosotros vais, uds./ellos/ellas van
Ir (conjugated) + a + infinitive
Ejemplo: They are going to eat. = Ellos van a comer.
Ejemplo: Are you going to learn? = ¿Tú vas a aprender?

To want to (do something) = Querer + infinitive
Used to express what you or someone wants to do.
Forms of querer (e>ie boot verb): Yo quiero, tú quieres, él/ella/usted quiere, nosotros queremos, vosotros queréis, ellos/ellas/ustedes quieren
Querer (conjugated) + infinitive
I want to eat pizza. = Yo quiero comer pizza.

I would like to... = Me gustaría
A form of the verb "gustar".
Used to express what you or someone would like. It is also polite.
Remember: when an action is pleasing, you will always use the third person singular form of "gustar".
Ejemplo: I like to learn. = Me gusta aprender.
Me gustaría works the same, just means something slightly different.
Instead of "I like to learn / Me gusta aprender" you would be saying "I would like to learn" / Me gustaría aprender.
Me/Te/Le/Nos/Os/Les + gustaría + infinitive or object
