What is Probability?

A measure of the likelihood of an event.

It is the ratio of the number of ways a certain event can occur to the number of possible outcomes.

Theoretical Probability

The number of ways the event can occur (favorable outcomes) divided by the number of total outcomes

Experimental Probability

The number of times an event occurs divided by the total number of trials.
