Estudamos a conjugação dos verbos: buy, drink, eat, fly, swim, fight, drive, write, sleep e pay.

Review-Relembre a conjugação

Buy- bought/ Drive= Drove

Drink- Drank/ Write= Wrote

Eat-Ate/ Sleep = Slept

Fly-Flew/ Pay= Paid

Swim- Swam

Fight- Fought

Lembrando

Os verbos irregulares não seguem as regras de conjugação do passado, ou seja, não terminam em -ed ou -ied. São verbos rebeldes.

A lista de verbos irregulares é gigante

Mas vamos apenas estudar a princípio os mais utilizados.

To HAVE- HAD

Had é o passado do verbo ter.

Exemplo: I had a nice day

(Eu tive um dia legal.)

Think- Thought

Thought é o passado de Think.

-What did you think about the movie?

(O que você achou do filme?)

-Well, I thought it was amazing.

(Bem, achei incrível)

Get- Got

Did you get my text?

(Você recebeu minha mensagem?)

I just got your text message

(Acabei de receber sua mensagem)

See- saw

She saw her family in Porto Alegre last month.

(Ela viu sua família em Porto Alegre mês passado.)

Say- said

She said she loved Dua Lipa's new

album.

Ela disse que amou o novo álbum de Dua Lipa.

Take- Took

I took two chocolate bars to

the school.

(Levei duas barras de chocolate para a escola.)

Put- Put

She put on a red cape.

(Ela colocou um boné vermelho.)

Alex put a hand on her shoulder.

(Alex colocou a mão em seu ombro.)
