In this class, we will learn about the basics of chemistry and physics

Physics is the study of matter and energy. This means how objects move and how forces like gravity act on them.

Chemistry looks at the tiny molecules objects are made of. We use experiments to see how these particles behave when they are mixed with other substances.

If you are sick: Look online at the weekly overview to see what you missed
Snacks are allowed in class, but up to you if it stays that way
Phones should stay in backpacks: #1: warning, #2: taken during class, #3: taken to office
Look for "pick up" handouts on the front table every day when you walk in
You should be seated and ready to go when the bell rings
Raise your hand before speaking and always ask before you leave the room (wait until work time!)
