Physical Activities

• are activities that make your body move. These may include walking, running, playing, or participating in sports. Physical activities may also include your daily activities like sweeping the floor, fixing your bed, wiping the tables, and other household chores.

Make your own personal physical activity pyramid. Write down at least two activities in each category. You may draw or put cutout pictures of these activities to design your pyramid. Be creative in presenting your own physical activity pyramid. Describe and tell something about what you created.
