The Present perfect tense describes actions that happened at some undetermined time in the past. The action can or can not be finished. It may still be in progress or maybe expected to happen once more in the future.

Gramatical rules

To form the present perfect we use an auxiliary verb "have/has" and the verb and past participle.

I, you, we, they + have + past participle

She, he, it + has + past participle
