,,Population explosion'' is a term used to describe very great and continuing increase in human population in modern time.

1/5 (one fifth) of the world's population already lives in Africa. The most poulated countries of Africa are Egypt, Nigeria and Ethiopia.

Africa is already facing a lack in its resources and with a rapidly increasing population, the resources available per person are reduced further, leading to increased poverty, malnutrition and other large population-related problems.

Malnutrition is a serious condition that happens when your diet does not contain the right amount of nutrients. It means "poor nutrition" and can refer to: undernutrition – not getting enough nutrients.
