What is it
Like humans beings, animals are also living things. They eat, breathe, move and grow. They are different from one another. animals differ in size, body parts, movement and habitat.
Different animals use different parts of the body for movement. having different body parts make the animals move in different ways. Horses have long legs which they use for walking and running fast while animals have short legs. Rabbits and kangaroos have bigger hind legs which they use for jumping. Some animals like carabao have horns to fight enemy. Snakes and crocodiles crawl. Fishes swim in the water with the help of their fins and tails. Birds have wings and feathers to fly.
3
Animals have different parts of their body to get their food. Small fishes and other insects use their mouth. Birds use their clwas and beaks to get their food. Lions and tigers use their paws and sharp teeth. Snakes use their whole body to catch their food.
Animala have different body coverings to protect themselves from their enemies and the enviroment. some have slippery skin so it is hard to catch them. Others have hair or fur to keep them warm. Some have scales like fish and snakes. Others have shells to protect themselves from harm.
