​What is the difference between Nominal and Verbal Sentence?

Nominal sentence الجملة الاسمية starts with a اسم noun or a pronoun

Examples:

​أنا في البيت Pronoun

I am at home

Examples:

​الولد في البيت Noun

​The boy (is) at home

Examples:

نيويورك مدينة كبيرة Proper noun

​NYC (is) a big city

Examples:

هل محمد طالب؟ Question Word

​Is Muhammad a student?

Verbal sentence الجملة الفعلية starts with a فعل verb

Examples:

أعمل في مطعم Verb

(I) work in a restaurant

Examples:

يدرسون اللغة العربية Verb

(they) study Arabic language.

Examples:

يسكن والدي في مكَّة Verb

(my father) lives in Mecca.

Examples:

لا أعرف كل أقاربي Verb

(I) don't know all my relatives.
