Learning about them helps keep our minds sharp, and improve how we make our sentences and communicate properly.

I. Pronouns
These are words that are used in place of nouns in sentences, to avoid repeating the nouns themselves.
Examples are: you, me, he, she

There are three types of pronouns..
SUBJECT PRONOUNS
They are found at the beginning of the sentence, doing the action or being the topic.
Example: She is my best friend.
OBJECT PRONOUNS
They are usually found after the verb or preposition.
Example: The teacher gave us an assignment to pass next week.
POSSESSIVE PRONOUNS
They show ownership.
Example: There on the floor was his favorite toy truck, now broken into pieces.
