Solid matter is composed of tightly packed particles. Like ice, dry ice, glass, rock, most metals, and wood.

When a solid is heated above its melting point, it becomes liquid.

Liquid To solid

When heat is removed from a liquid, its particles slow down and begin to settle in one location within the substance. When the substance reaches a cool enough temperature at a certain pressure, the freezing point, the liquid becomes a solid

A liquid is a fluid that conforms to the shape of its container but retains a (nearly) constant volume independent of pressure. Like- Water,Oil , Juice , Milk Ect

Evaporation is the process through which Liquid form of matter changes to solid form of matter. Evaporation occurs at temperatures below the boiling point, and occurs on the liquid's surface.

Gas to Liquid

Condensation is the process from which gas form of matter changes to liquid for of matter.Condensation generally occurs in the atmosphere when warm air rises, cools and looses its capacity to hold water vapor

Gas is a state of matter that has no fixed shape and no fixed volume. Gases have lower density than other states of matter.When more gas particles enter a container, there is less space for the particles to spread out, and they become compressed.
