​John Stamos

John Stamos is known for his work in television, especially in his starring role as Jesse Katsopolis, or Uncle Jesse, on the ABC sitcom Full House. He was born on August 19, 1963, and is an American actor, musician, and singer. His father was Greek, and his family's last name was originally, "Stamotopoulos." John has two younger sisters, who are both school teachers. John Stamos' acting debut was on a daytime soap opera called General Hospital. He won two awards for his work on this television series.

In the world of Full House, John Stamos also showcased his singing skills and musical talents. He was the lead vocalist and guitarist for his band called "Jesse and the Rippers", where he famously performed a cover of a Beach Boys song, titled "Forever". ​In real life, John also plays the drums, bass, and piano! He has also narrated Walt Disney World's Candlelight Processional multiple times, an event at EPCOT where a celebrity reads the Nativity story, and is accompanied by a choir and orchestra.
