Physical health is a state of well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest.

Importance of Sleep
Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. The way you feel while you're awake depends in part on what happens while you're sleeping.

Ways to get better sleep:
Make sure your room is at a good and comfortable temperature
Make your bed a place for sleep only (no TV or electronics!)
Sleep and wake up at the same time each day, and try to get 8 hours of sleep each night
