There is a huge balcony. You can see the ocean from the huge balcony.

Notice how you can combine them using a relative clause beginning with a preposition.

There is a huge balcony from which you can see the ocean.

The designer has won awards. They toured the city with the designer.

The designer with whom they toured the city has won awards.

Note that with a preposition, we use
whom NOT who: with whom, for whom, to whom.
