Nefertiti's disappearance theory
My theory is that Nefertiti took another name and disguised as someone else. This is a theory, not a fact.
Nefertiti had disappeared after her husband, Pharaoh Akhentaten, died. There is a possibility that Nefertiti had disguised as someone else and ruled the New Kingdom. Pharaoh Akhentaten was followed as Pharaoh with Smenkhkare, who some historians believe to be another name for Nefertiti.

Did Nefertiti disappear before or after her husband's (Pharaoh Akhenaten) death?
She disappeared after
She disappeared before

Evidence for my theory
Nefertiti was seen wearing her husband's crown back then, the pharaoh's crown, while she was still ruling with him. Nefertiti was also seen murdering her enemies while still wearing the crown. It is possible that Nefertiti loved the feeling and power of the pharaoh's crown and she wanted to take over after her husband's death.

Ancient Aliens: The Search for Nefertiti's Lost Tomb
In Amarna, in the city of ruins, there is a tomb for Nefertiti. But no one found her mummy. Some ancient astronaut theorist said finding Nefertiti's mummy could be "the most significant archaeological find in human history" because they believed Nefertiti might have not been born on the earth. Another ancient astronaut also believed that Nefertiti's parents and husband were extraterrestrial meaning of or from outside the earth or its atmosphere. It is believed that Nefertiti's mummy is hidden somewhere near King Tut's tomb. The British Egyptologist, Nicholas Reeves noticed cracks in the walls of King Tut's tomb, he then came to the conclusion that there may be a secret chamber there that leads to Nefertiti's tomb.

Conclusion
There are still many theories about Nefertiti. Although no one has found Nefertiti's tomb for years, it is still possible. Finding Nefertiti's tomb will be hard because many people believe her tomb is hidden in King Tut's tomb, but they don't want to damage his tomb severely. That is why it would be difficult to find Nefertiti's tomb but people should keep trying.
