In the near future, by the year 2050:
More than a third of the world's plant and animal species will be facing extinction. The Arctic Sea will witness the complete melting of its ice every summer, leading to the demise of iconic species like polar bears. Glaciers, such as those on Mount Kilimanjaro, will have vanished entirely.
Looking ahead to the mid-term, by the year 2100:
Sea levels will have risen significantly, ranging from 16cm to 69cm. This rise will render low-lying regions like the Maldives uninhabitable. The frequency of coastal storms and tsunamis will have doubled, posing grave threats to coastal communities worldwide. Cities in Northern Europe, such as Paris and London, will experience 50 or more days of scorching heatwaves annually, with temperatures exceeding 30°C.
Climate change is an undeniable reality that demands urgent attention from governments worldwide. With each passing year, the consequences of our actions become more apparent, and the future looks increasingly uncertain.
Here are some predictions based on current trends if we continue to neglect the health of our planet:

Considering the long term, by the year 3000:
Global temperatures will have soared by approximately 15°C, drastically altering ecosystems and weather patterns. Sea levels will have surged by more than 11 meters, resulting in catastrophic flooding in areas like Bangladesh and low-lying cities like London. This displacement of millions will lead to humanitarian crises of unprecedented magnitude. Droughts will afflict one-third of the world severely, while half of the globe will experience moderate drought conditions.
