Future Continuous Tense

is a verb tense that indicates actions that will be in progress at a specific time in the future

The Usage of Future Continuous Tense

• expresses action at a particular moment in the future. --> I will be watching TV at 9pm tonight.

• to ask politely for information about the future --> What will you be doing at 10 a.m. tomorrow?

• to predict future events. --> Don't call John at 3 p.m. tomorrow. He will be doing his homework.

The Forms of Future Continuous Tense

• (+) S + will + be + V-ing --> Jack will be studying at 4 p.m. tomorrow.

• (-) S + will + not /(won't) + be + V-ing--> Jack won't be playing games at 4 p.m. tomorrow.

• (?) will + S + be + V-ing? --> will Jack be studying at 4 p.m. tomorrow?
