1 Mole- 6.022*1023 of any element is equal to 1 Mol of that element

Example- 1 mole of oxygen is 6.022*1023 (16g) which is the same as its atomic mass on the periodic table of elements

Avogadros constant

1/12th of the relative mass of carbon- AMU- Atomic Mass number

This is the mass on the periodic table elements

Finding the Molar mass is looking up each individual element of an equation and adding them all together
C12H22O11= (12*Molar mass of carbon)+(22*molar mass of Hydrogen)+(11* Molar mass of oxygen)= (12*12.01 g/mol) + (22*1.01 g/mol)+ (11 * 16.00 g/mol)= 342.30 g/mol
