What is GMO?

GMO is a genetically modified organism such as animals, plants, fruits vegatables and more. GMO crops can help improve the agricultural productivity and also sustainabilty. GMO can also help crops improve its characteristics like its resistance to pest, diseases and more. GMO crops both have its positive and negative effects. Other than that GMO crops have pros and cons which is the fact that it kills more pests and are therefore more beneficial than pesticide use but its not a permanent solution to pesticide therefore not a more beneficial alternative
