DOJ Charges:

Simplified Summary of the Indictment Against Lemon

Overt Act #5:

On January 18, 2026, LEMON started a livestream on his show where he told viewers he was in Minnesota with a group preparing a “resistance” action against federal immigration policies. He tried to keep the plan secret by telling certain partners not to reveal the target and briefly muting himself so viewers wouldn’t overhear parts of the planning.

Overt Act #6:

During a planning meeting, LEMON talked with ARMSTRONG.

  • LEMON thanked her for what she was doing and said he wasn’t revealing the target of their operation.

  • ARMSTRONG said that “Operation Pullup” was a secret mission where she and others would show up at an important location where the targets wouldn’t expect them, and disrupt normal activities.

  • LEMON told her he’d meet her there.

Overt Act #7:

Before going to the church to meet the others, LEMON told his livestream viewers that they were heading to the operation but would not reveal any details about where they were going.
