    As a reminder here is how we graph a linear inequality.

    Step 1:​ Determine if your line is dotted (< and >) or solid (< and >)

    Step 2: Graph the line as you would if it wasn't ​an inequality.

    Step 3: Test a point not on the line to determine what region includes all of the points that satisfy the inequality.​
