What are we learning This week?

• We will be able to analyze characters in Greek mythology and how they interact with each other.

• We will be able to identify and define new vocabulary related to the myths we will be reading this week.

• We will be able to compare and contrast Zeus, Poseidon and Hades.

A character is a person, animal, being, creature, or thing in a story.

​Physical traits are ones we can see in videos or are described in writing.

​When we read about characters, we will often need to infer their character traits.

Creating your character

• Your character needs:

  • Name

  • Symbol

  • Physical traits

    • Hair

    • Clothing

  • Character traits

    • You will describe the character traits in a paragraph of 3 - 5 sentences
