How do you feel when holiday or vacation is over

3

Word Cloud

What do you think is the hardest part about returning to school or work after a vacation?

4

Imagine you just had the best vacation ever! You played on the beach, ate delicious food, and enjoyed the summer breeze. Every day was fun and exciting. But now, because the vacation is over, you have to go back to school or work. You check your homework or e-mail and come across a long list of tasks you still need to finish. Suddenly, you feel tired, unmotivated, and a little sad. Returning to normal life can even make you regret taking a vacation!

5

This feeling is called post-vacation blues. They happen when people struggle to return to their normal routine after a trip or vacation. Vacations let us escape from stress and forget about everyday worries. But once the fun is over, it can be hard to adjust to real life again.

6

The good news is that post-vacation blues don't last forever. Taking a few simple steps can help you transition back to everyday life more easily.
