A new study from the USA says that drinking enough water is very important for our health. All living things, like plants, animals, and people, need water to live. The study found that people who drink a lot of water every day are healthier and can live longer. 😊💦
Researchers looked at the health data of more than 11,000 adults for 30 years. They checked how much water the adults drank and what kinds of health problems they had. The researchers found that people who drink enough water have fewer health problems when they get older. People who do not drink enough water may get sick more easily and may look older sooner. 👵📊
The main researcher, Dr. Natalia Dmitrieva, said that drinking enough water may help slow down aging and help people live longer without serious diseases. She also said that many adults around the world do not drink enough water. She recommends drinking more water, drinking juice, and eating fruit and vegetables that have a lot of water. Many adults need at least 1.5 liters of water every day to stay healthy. 🍎🥤💧
